Hello, class, and welcome to Workshopland, the electronic extension of English 210. Over the course of the semester we will be using Workshopland to brainstorm, freewrite, share ideas, and build on the information presented in class.

This site will allow you to watch yourself grow as a writer, reader and individual over the next few months. Here's to a fun and productive semester.
Here are a few things to keep in mind when setting up your blog.
#1. You will need an email address. (Your USD one will work!)
#2. Edit your profile! Tell us a little about yourself. Most importantly, make your display name your first and last name on the profile page. This will allow us to know who you are when you post and comment.
#3. You will be asked to create a blog. Be creative!!!
#4 There are various blog templates available on this site as well as others. One I particularly like is http://www.btemplates.com
#5 As soon as you have all of this set up, email your username and blog url to me so I can link it to the main page.
